Studio NOVA Policies

 

We strive to provide 5-star service to our clients. If you should have any challenges with a service that was performed at Studio NOVA we ask that you contact us to reserve a complimentary consultation with one of our hair experts so we can assess what challenges need to be addressed. Please review our Service Promise below to address any initial questions you may have:

 

  1. We reserve the right to request a FULL PAYMENT for any services in advance from any guest;

  2. There are NO refunds for any SERVICES performed;

  3. We stand behind our hair services, we will correct any challenges that we have created your color service within 3 days of the service;

  4. We can only guarantee our color services if prescribed products are purchased through Studio Nova. Your services are an investment in you, please protect your investments to the best of your ability.

 

SERVICE WAIVERS: If you sign the waiver prior to your original service, you waived your right to any additional services. 

 

COLOR CORRECTIONS: All services that had been completed are subject to a determination of correction. We will handle each correction on a client to client basis. If the client decides to request a different stylist than the one who performed the first service, additional fees may apply.

 

FUTURE RESERVATIONS: If there is the pattern of reservations that have been rescheduled, missed, or canceled the day of the scheduled appointment more than 3 times a year, the client will lose the privilege of creating a future appointment. These clients will be required to come on the walk-in basis only. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of service amount. “No show” to scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of service amount. "Late show" may result in rescheduling your appointment for another day.

SALON PRODUCTS

Retail products may only be exchanged for equal or lesser value products within 14 days of purchase. Returns are accepted for store credit only. No cash refunds will be given and no credit will be issued to your account.

 

  1. Product exchanges will only be for equally priced products or less. If there is the price difference the client will either hold a credit or be charged the difference plus tax; 

  2. Damaged items, items on sale or discontinued items cannot be returned;

  3. There are no refunds or exchanges on any tools (i.e. flat iron, blow dryer, etc) sold. All warranties are provided through the manufactures.

  4. Items purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set.

 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: Our professional products cannot be exchanged 14 days of purchase. In order to exchange a used product, there must be at least 90% of  product remaining and will be subject to a 10% return fee. 

 

CHILDREN SAFETY: Children may not accompany clients while receiving chemical services.
